Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – September 10, 2025 – NextEra , a joint venture between LTIMindtree and Aramco Digital, has entered a partnership with ServiceNow, the AI platform for digital transformation, to drive large-scale digital transformation across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region. As a part of this partnership, NextEra will set up a proximity center at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University in Dammam, and ServiceNow will set up a Centre of Excellence to train and equip the local workforce, digitally.

This partnership brings together ServiceNow’s intelligent workflow orchestration and NextEra’s robust service delivery. A key advantage is the availability of Agentic Central offerings built on ServiceNow and the ecosystem. This partnership will accelerate the deployment of generative AI and agentic automation across enterprise environments by leveraging core ServiceNow functionality and strong services capability of NextEra. Additionally, it will also address some of the most critical requirements of this geography – an Arabic user interface with strong localized solutions that meet unique regional needs and business challenges.

This partnership will enhance ServiceNow’s presence across the MENA region. A key focus of the partnership is the development of industry-specific platforms that address real-world challenges in sectors like energy, BFSI, the public sector, and giga projects. These platforms are intended to deliver measurable impact, enabling organizations to modernize legacy systems, enhance agility, upgrade CRM and employee experience platforms, and consequently unlock new levels of operational excellence.

Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – June 30, 2025 – NextEra , a digital services company established as a joint venture between Aramco Digital, the tech subsidiary of Aramco, and LTIMindtree, a global technology consulting firm, has signed a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with MegazoneCloud, a leading Korean AI and cloud technology provider. The MSA seeks to engage MegazoneCloud to provide NextEra with a powerful, enterprise-grade cloud management and data orchestration platform tailored for the Kingdom’s digital transformation journey.

The signing ceremony took place during a visit by Dina Abo-Onoq, CEO and Board Member, NextEra; Executive VP, LTIMindtree, to MegazoneCloud’s headquarters in Gwachon, Korea. The visit included an executive tour of Megazone Industry-Academia-Research Center in Gwacheon, followed by the signing of the MSA in the presence of MegazoneCloud Chairman, Max Joo-Wan Lee, Korea Artificial Intelligence Software Industry Association (KOSA) Chairman, Joon Hee Joh, and Aramco Digital CEO and NextEra Chairman, Nabil Al-Nuaim.

NextEra, which brings together LTIMindtree’s world-class technology expertise and Aramco Digital’s deep local insight, has selected MegazoneCloud’s cloud management platform, SpaceOne, aims to establish a cloud-agnostic, modular platform that simplifies, secures, and scales multi-cloud operations for enterprises in the region. The solution will enable centralized governance, automated resource orchestration, real-time observability, and regulatory compliance – all within a unified control plane.

Beyond the MSA, both companies aim to establish a cooperation framework to support Korean technology companies' entry into Middle Eastern markets. MegazoneCloud plans to provide practical support for Korean companies, including SaaS and AI companies, through its local partner NextEra. The companies also plan to pursue multifaceted cooperation including education and talent development programs to enhance Saudi Arabia's digital capabilities.

This initiative aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, contributing to a homegrown digital ecosystem that empowers enterprises to reduce complexity, drive innovation, and adopt emerging technologies such as AI and IoT.
